Mass murder in Rivet city

I killed almost every single person in Rivet city long ago. Went in and opened fire at everything that moved. So you can say that Rivet city is very empty now.

 

But now I am doing the quest for Moria where I am supposed to help her with her survival guide. I cant finish the quest because there is no one to ask about Rivet city's history.

 

Is there a way for me to get the inhabitants of Rivet city back?

For example by some kind of reset?

You had to know doing that was going to break the game. Anyway, if their bodies are still there, go back and use the resurrect command on the black guy that sells clothes and the old woman that runs the bar. If the bodies are gone, you can try to find the IDs of the individual people and respawn them, but just recently someone on the Nexus mentioned that doing that has weird unwanted effects on the game, but I get the feeling you won't care about that either, so you can get their IDs on the wiki http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Fallout_Wiki

I did not think about the game breaking then. Had just got the game when it came out. But thanks for the help.
