Kod Flame
Does anyone know if there is a mod to rename containers, such as chests? Maybe something where you cast a modded spell and it allows you to enter the new name of the container? I've tried searching in google and some rough searching here, but I haven't found anything. Does such a mod exist? Would it be hard to make one? It would make organization of all my modded armours alot easier in the 30+ chests I have sitting in my Imperial City Shack
Vagrant0
Unfortunately, you can't change the name on things like chests since it would apply to all other objects which use the same base object. The best advice I can give you is to either create your own system of keeping things organized, by putting similar things in containers in the same area, or using each container to contain a specific type of thing. If you have need of marking some containers, you could probably make use of clutter objects, like plates, which can be placed on top or near those containers to make one container stand out against others. Just be sure you don't use something that you care about potentially losing due to cell reset.
Kod Flame
Ahh, I was afraid so. It's wierd because the Imperial City Shack Basement mod I downloaded had chests already renamed to Blunt One Hand, Blunt Two Hands, etc. With over 30+ chests, I don't think I'll bother to distinguish any of them with plates or whatever. I've already sort of organized the chests by putting similar items together, so I guess its not too bad. It's just a little tedious to search through so many chests because opening each one takes a bit of time; guess I'm too lazy  Thanks. Vagrant0
because opening each one takes a bit of timeTry to carry around less clutter and fewer alchemy ingredients. The more stuff you have in your inventory or the container being accessed, the faster containers will usually load. You might want to consider using something like:http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=7661 - obsehttp://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4065orhttp://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=22414 - obse Should help keep your inventory clutter free. Ranokoa
I like the Midas Chest thingy or other mods with similar spells. Most of the time when adventuring i put all the things I dont immediantly need in it but like to have access to and go out with only essentials. Afterwards i continue to fill it up with dungeon loot etc and then sell everything i didnt need. Keeps it generally to a minimum hassle.
