I had the same problem as you, but I managed to fix it. I'm gonna be honest, I pirated the game. If you did as well, after installing the game, get all 3 patches (patch 1 ~3.5 gb, patch 3 400 mb, patch 4 330 mb) and install them in order. It works after that.
