The game said it successfully installed and I successfully installed OBSE (newest version) and The official oblivion patch. (1.2.416) Am I missing something? I'm getting peeved.I've uninstalled oblivion completely and deleted the data related to bethesda and oblivion in Regedit before reinstallation. Why can't oblivion work anymore? I'm so confused... -_- You're starting it with the obse_loader, right? Exactly what happens? Any error messages, how far does it get before crashing, etc? I reinstalled the update patch and now everything is fine. BUT BUT BUT: If this happens again, I'm going to blame one of these mods (I did extract them all in separate locations!) : -Capucine's Aquamer Race-Ren's Beauty Pack-Male Body Replacer V4-Beautiful people V2.2 and Male Body Replacer V4 (comformulated)-Beautiful people V2.7 I didn't run oblivion with any errors: I checked in OBMM first and I only ran one mod at a time since I couldn't possible run all of them without errors. BUT, the problem with this is: I used Male Body Replacer V4 before and now it's conflicting with Beautiful people. And it sucks because I really was hoping it would work again. Or I had an older version.From what I understand on the topic, the problem is actually most likely Beautiful People. Many mods no longer attempt compatibility with Beautiful People due to BP is using the Elaborate Eye mesh (former bash tag Eye-E), but has changed it's filepath to the default Eye mesh (former bash tag Eye-D). This causes numerous problems. One of them is that using it as eye mod for the bashed patch can result in very strange oddities. Due to the highly problematic nature of BP (it's scripts are also borked), and due to fixed versions available, I do not offer any support regarding BP anymore.and this isn't the only mod I've seen to state incompatibility due to funky design choice on Beautiful People...
