Baba-John
Ok, people we got what we came for, lets get out of this sand trap and on to a boat. :D I believe we’re taking the first boat available out of here to Golconar, and then on to see Zarim Bembolia who lives in or near there. Don’t waste time, just collect your kit and let’s be off. Kalmer, could you arrange for the horses to be brought to the boat, please? :(

karkarinus
Kalmer grabs the carrots and with a nod at Baba, darts swifly towards the door. First listening, and then checking visually that noone is outside, he slips out and heads back to the south gate stables. (ooc if anyone wants to come, now's your chance) Upon arriving at the animal pens, Kyah rears up in joy at the sight of his beloved master. He has until that moment been unprecedentedly hard to handle for the animal carers, who gave up hope of controlling hime the day before. Kalmer embraces his friend and gives him some carrots. Then he gives Bil a carrot too. Bil has the hump  because his new camel friend has gone back to Papred, but soon cheers up. Kalmer thanks the stable hands and tips them a few Nipin for their trouble. Then he heads down towards the winch lift to the boats. This all takes about an hour and a half, during which time the others are gathering their goods and chattles at the inn...........
Malchik
As you are all rushing about whoever picked up the sword has an uncomfortable feeling that he/she is not alone. It would be naive to assume the man Fardeep was anything more than a pawn in someone else's game. And somehow you have alerted whoever's game it was. Whoever wanted that sword kept hidden is not going to want you trailing around with it. As you get eveything ready for the trip to Golconar you realise that you have introduced a new unknown into the equation. OOC> I suggest you meet in the ship's dining room for a quick discussion. I will not RP the rest of the trip but will at some point tomorrow post the short guide to Golconar.
phawk69
T’skar looks thoughtfully through the native costumes, thinking about the sword and where it was found. Now why would someone go to the trouble of hiding this sword? If they could make it seem to disappear, why not just take it? And why a mind block on Fardeep? Why not just wipe his mind and be done with it? Obviously we are dealing with some strong magic here, someone wants that sword hidden, but why? Heading back to the rest of the group, she says to Baba “May I have a word with you? I would like to go and talk to the curator at the City Museum again, someone went to a lot of trouble to hide this sword from view, and I’m not sure why. I think we should get a look at the one there, even if they have lost the key. I do feel it might be easier if we just tell him the truth of our quest, and what we have found here. What do you think?” ooc> if Baba agrees, T'skar heads to the city museum as she already has her kit together and with her. She tells Pardip Anskar everything about their quest, including about the mind block on Fardeep and waits for his reply. If Baba doesn't agree, she heads straight to the boat. gnaag
"And what about this? I think it is raven's voice. Or swallow? What it was Tiax?" Gnaag asked him with smile while whistling. He was quite happy with his new property. When Gnaag saw ship they were going to embark, he shutted up. He dorpped the whistle but he immediately lifted it. Do you think it is necessary to get on it? I'd rather go on foot.
tiaxanderson
"Do you not like the ocean? I think it is one of the most beautiful things in this world...""You could look at it in different ways too. There is not much that can withstand the force of the sea. Not for look atleast. And all the marvelous creatures that inhabit the seas. Try to look at it with every angle and hold on to the one you like most..."
karkarinus
"Gnaag, if you press you lips tightly and blow the raven whistle through the corner of your mouth, it makes a duck sound! Try it." Kalmer tries to help, but feels that Gnaag is much happier just playing around with his new toy for a while....
gnaag
"Yes, I think I love ocean. But I love it where it is. In front of me, no under my foots..." Gnaag felt anxiety when he looked on the mass of water he was going to float. What if I am predisposed to seasickness? He had never tried sailing before. After it he turned his look back to firm land. He pressed his lips and blew air through the whistle. A weird sound get out of his mouth. "Maybe dying duck. I have to practise more." Gnaag smiled. Baba-John
Baba walks out on deck. :( That went smoothly he says……………………….Too smoothly he thinks. Guys, lets go below and get a bite to eat and to discuss the near fiasco of Dohoti. ;) OOC>Sorry, my activity has been sporadic this last week. :( My major problem was that my computer got hit by lightning and I’ve had to use my wife’s to post.
