phawk69
"I wonder if we need to secure lodging for the night first, or if we should make our way to the city offices?" T'skar queries the group, "I seem to remember a representative from Zooz telling me one time that there was a girl, Gribka I believe her name was, who works for an elderly man that keeps all the refuse collected from the floods, and that she may know something of the sword we are looking for, or will know at least if it is in her employer's possession. I suppose anyone may be able to tell us where she is." Shrugging, T'skar turns to the lady in the bright sari and asks, "Would you be able to tell me where I might find Gribka? I'm looking for something in particular and heard she may be able to help me." She waits expectantly. occ> Malchik, I see that we were told the bones had been moved. Sorry, I just hadn't looked far enough back.
Malchik
The woman nods. "Little Gribka spends her time with Ishrat. He has a kind of store on River Street at the far northern end of town. You can walk there in maybe forty minutes or hire a carriage." She sees your bags. "If you need rooms I have several available but you may also leave your luggage with me at no charge if you wish while you complete whatever business you need to do. We are an easy-going people in Zooz." You may - Leave the luggage and visit Ishrat Leave the luggage and visit the City Hall Book rooms Take the luggage with you to Ishrat or the City Hall Ask the woman further questions Strip off and dance naked in the lake (not serious) None of the above Any opinions? Sovietlukmanov
After being silent for a long time, Kyra finally decided to speak with her companion. Kyra though for a while, then she decided to talk, "Well, since we're here, why don't you go book some rooms, and I'll be at the lake" Kyra said. "Of course, if there is nothing we need done immediately that is" She added. Kyra waits for her companions' response...
TheTerminator2004
"I think we should book rooms before we do anything else," Jonan said, "either here or somewhere nearby. Then we can decide what to do next, and we can lock the luggage in the rooms too. What do you guys think?"
Abramul
"We may as well get rooms while we're here. After that, I'd say the city hall, as we're already here."
Malchik
Consensus says you book rooms a the Happy Days. They are inexpensive and yet well appointed. After stashing your luggage you make your way across the square to the City Hall. It is two storeys high and stretches along the whole northern side of the square. A small tower over the main door is one of the three to pierce the canopy of leaves. The building is plain and utilitarian both outside and in. Inside the entrance you see maps of Bashkher, the Zooz depression and of Zooz itself. The 'public' area contains reception desks headed 'accommodation', 'events and activities', 'tours' and 'general information'. You may approach any of these features either together or individually. Abramul
Pamphlet maps, or wall maps? "Well, we don't need accommodation. Perhaps the newer members should cover Tours and Events, and the longer-term ones could see if they can learn anything useful at General Information." OOC: Not really sure which group I fall into...
