Please Help Armor Mods Wont Work in my oblivion T w T

Everytime i tried and downloaded a Armor mod (that i liked ofcouse xD ) it just wont work D= ! Non of them ! T w T i Put them in the Data Folder As it say but it just wont show up in the game :wallbash: every other mod i put in works just fine. Its only the armor mods D= do i miss anything ?? or...i dunno.... please help, Anybody know how to fix this T w T ? im desperate D=

um ok first off when you say show up in game does the mod actually say it is placed in the game Like "You can buy this from Slash and Smash"

if not then your going to have to put them into the game world yourself.

 

does the mod have any req's? like any other mod to work for example "Exnems Body Replacer"???

 

only other thing i can think of is go into the game folder am make sure they are there in the mesh's etc etc

But when i putted it into the files into the Texture and mesh folders and all that and clicked on the ''data file'' in the oblivion luncher and checked it ''on''. Its still not in the game D= i went to the place where i can find it ( i gotta kill some girls with it on. In Fort Cedrian) But i went alllll Through fort cedrian no one of those had the armor D= i been through it like 3 times T w T And the next i tried was This

it was supposed to be just in front of anvil castle. But it isnt there D= and i putted all the files in like every other mod.

 

i tried some more none of them worked D= but... i just dont know what the problem could be T___T

Many mods require either OBSE or the latest patch.
