How do I fix this graphical error?

Can anyone tell what's going on here? The water is rendering really weird. I'm using the WATER mod and realistic lighting. I have a 2gb ddr3 GTX 650 Ti.

A suggestion on how to fix it would be appreciated. Kind of sucks you out of the immersion when it happens. http://oi61.tinypic.com/2i7biv9.jpg

I went to the spot and checked it in my game and it has the same seam in the water. I use Pure Waters, CoT, and a combination of SweatFX and ENB. I used to use WATER (on the same save game) so maybe it's something that was left over after I uninstalled WATER. It could also be Skyrim's poor LOD that's causing it. Only way to know for sure is to uninstall WATER and start a new game and then go to the spot and see if the seam is still there.

This is just ugridstoload. Not a graphical error.

If you want further rendering you will need to compromise stability as well as framerate in most cases. As you can see the water is cut off in a square/grid manner at a certain distance ahead of you, as you walk the "block" will look normal again and a new "block" will pop up ahead of you, Since you are on a mountain it becomes even more obvious. I don't advise raising your ugrid setting at all.

I don't have much experience on this matter but you can look into this http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/41592/? for more information.

// I apologize that doesn't seem to give an explanation for what is happening. There are many threads on the internet regarding ugrids and their negative effects. I suggest doing some homework before jumping into this.

Velve is right. I started a new game and it's still there. It's just the LOD. Like velve said Increasing the ugrid will push it out a little more so it's not as noticeable, but doing that can harm your performance and cause some serious bugs. In my opinion it's not worth the risk.
