I want a female NPC to have this (http://www.birthbreastfeedingandbeyond.co.uk/images/baby-carrier.jpg) I just think that it's weird that there's kids mods but no one has gone further and I'd like my character to have it. I know it's not impossible because someone made a pregnant dress. The only optional thing would be different race.
