can't get Japanese Menace Stealth Suit mod to work

hi I just installed Japanese Menace Stealth Suit, one that replace normal Chinese stealth suit. I placed both texture and mesh from resource folder to Data folder in fallout 3 and JM stealth suit.esp into the data folder and ticked the box at luncher, but when I hit play fallout 3 just crash. Can anyone tellign me what I'm doin wrong here I have Game of the year edition with all DLC enabled.
