SovietPrimeMin
So I downloaded FCOM and all the files needed for it, downloaded OBSE, Pluggy, and numerous other 'required' mods for Oblivion. It worked like a charm, as I flew around in my Akatosh mount during the darker nights, looking down on the real lights, sigh, beauty. Then I woke up :wallbash: I wiped all my oblivion related files, including the horribly failed installation of FCOM, and re-installed it. Deciding to start with basics that I got right the first time, I installed DarNified UI Oooh, Custom fonts, sounds sexy. Archive invalidation edit to La_Brit.fnt, No problemo, just like in the readme. Huge black text, making it impossible to read anything and, overall, makes what was simply clumsy, unmanageable, I decided to turn to the internet for help. I knew I would be successful because I'm asking you to point out what I did wrong, in graphic detail. Please, and Thank you.
Vagrant0
Check the mod description... It tells you what you need to do with the fonts.7z Install 1. Extract archive to Oblivion\Data.2. Copy the desired fonts to Oblivion\Data\fonts3. Edit "My Documents\My Games\Oblivion\Oblivion.ini" to use the new fonts. Normal fonts:[Fonts]SFontFile_1=Data\Fonts\Kingthings_Regular.fntSFontFile_2=Data\Fonts\DarN_Kingthings_Petrock_14.fntSFontFile_3=Data\Fonts\DarN_Kingthings_Petrock_16.fntSFontFile_4=Data\Fonts\DarN_Oblivion_28.fntSFontFile_5=Data\Fonts\Handwritten.fnt Large fonts:[Fonts]SFontFile_1=Data\Fonts\Kingthings_Regular.fntSFontFile_2=Data\Fonts\DarN_LG_Kingthings_Petrock_14.fntSFontFile_3=Data\Fonts\DarN_LG_Kingthings_Petrock_18.fntSFontFile_4=Data\Fonts\DarN_Oblivion_28.fntSFontFile_5=Data\Fonts\Handwritten.fntYou may even want to copy the description in a notepad document to store with the mod if you foresee having to reset your ini file.
