CTD when loading save

Hey pals, I recently uninstalled a bunch of mods that I don't use, and they were giving me a drop in FPS. After I've deleted them I load my save, and at first everything was alright, but then I went to my inventory and my game crashed. Since then everytime I try to load my save the game CTDs. I tried searching for problems with BOSS, but it found nothing.Can you please help me?

run a save game cleaner here

If that doesn't help only option is to start fresh :)

Removing mods mid game will always bugger something up in your save.
