(ModReq) Show Carried weapon in 3rd Person

Is there a mod where we can choose display the weapons we're carrying in 3rd person?

 

For example:

to have my character display Main weapon, pistol, grenade, melee in 3rd person?

 

I would love to have this mod. or is there one like this already?

 

EDIT:

And also, how do I make NPCs smoke? I mean have this companion's mod that I want the character to be able to smoke. can someone help me out? Thanks..

Update: I've been doing some searching and found out about "SmokerFaction" under the NPC, is this what enables them to smoke? What about DRINKING Animation?
