flyingeye
Just learned of your forum today while reading reddit. Seems someone there installed OB and was asking about guidance on how to play. Among the answers was a link to this forum. So that's how I arrived here. (apology for site title but not meant as spam) I'm a gamer from way back in the DOS days. Loved Morrowind, Obilvation, and Fallout 3. But I learned after arriving, through the public files that it seems I have missed a lot of the fun because I did them without mods. So sometime in the future, I will be loading up on mods and replaying to see what all I missed and "could have been. Lastly, I'm a forum freak. Love the forum format. Gives you time to think through your responses and get them worded right and time to check your spelling. (Thank you FF for the spell check) I guess I've worn about every hat a forum can offer. So I look forward to learning the ropes of a new place and getting to know folks here. In the process maybe to learn a bit or to help others when the chance comes along. Pushkatu
Welcome to the land of mods, country of modders and home for any lonely gamer out there. May your sword by sharp and your mind fresh. You need all these for the great adventure that lies ahead of you. Have a fishy stick :http://bncomputing.com/ob/fishystick.jpg
kungfubellydancer
Welcome to the forums! I agree that one does loose a good experience when they've overlooked the modding aspect of Bethesda's games. Personally I've only been able to play FO3 on an xbox, so no modding for me. There are lots of great stuff out there, I hope you have fun filling up your computer's hard drive with .dds and .nif files (at least, those are what was used in the Morrowind days....)
