pkleiss
Just highlight it, and drag it where you want. Hold the Z key down to move it up or down. In fact, holding down any of the X, Y or Z keys will force movement only in that direction. Holding these keys while holding the right mouse button will rotate along these axes as well. You may have to turn off snap-to-grid, or set snap-to-grid to a workable setting to get the door to fit just right. Holding down shift and pressing Q will allow you to choose an object as a reference for the sanp-to-grid. I reccomend using the exit piece (where you want the door to go) and setting snap-to-grid to 128 units.

SpeedyB64
You can't load two cells at once. Lucly you don't have to. In Fallout the doors work like teleporters, first you place a door in the first area then place a door in the second area. Then you double click on the door in the first area and its info window pops up, in that window there is the teleport setting where you can select the cell and door to teleport to. Then once you have done that you move the teleport markers that appear to the spot you want to appear after going through the door. The locations of the doors in there respective cells does not matter.
