USSRSPETSNAZGRU
I was wondering what program (free) that i could use to re-texture/change color of a gun? Thanks!
Tony the Wookie
any program that can edit a .DDS file, or convert a .DDS file to a JPEG and edit a JPEG I use Photoshop myself, but that isn't free. Several people I know use GIMP and I have heard it works good, though I havn't used it first hand

SpeedyB64
Your last post came off as a little rude, try to be nice. anywayYou need to find the plugin for it. The nvidea dds plugin for photoshop works good.

CorrodedSoul
go take a look at the software section in the site of nvidia, there are free textures tolkit, the nvidia plugin, and a neat tool, windows texture view(WTV) that can show the dds files, another goos and free(as I recall) utility is ddsconverter 2.1(or so) and take this advice: BE POLITE, no one here like trolls... so please, dont become one.
