Msicellaneous usability fixes

Here are a few things about Oblivion that bug me, and might possibly be fixable(?).

1. Swimming (Dive, Dive, Dive!).

In the 3rd person view, if you're looking down even a little, your character heads underwater and starts drowning. If you look up a little then all you see is the backside of your swimming character* and the rocks underwater.

* Not necessarily a bad thing, depending on the sex of the character in question. ;-)

I'd like it if you could look down to 5, 10 degrees (or whatever) before your character gets the idea to dive.

2. Who's there?

NPCs know who you are (and whether to shoot at you) from quite a distance. You have to be right on top of them before "Bandit Bowman" or "Travelling Adventurer" (or whatever) shows up. That's probably why there are practically no friendly NPCs in dungeons, caves, etc. - you'd shoot them before knowing who they were.

I'd like it if a) Targeting icon turns red when over hostile NPC, or b) Name of NPC under targeting icon displays at much greater distance.

3. Steep slopes.

These are handled in an unrealistic way.

- You can walk sideways, nearly horizontal, for long distances even on very steep slopes.

- You 'slide slowly down' slopes that are just too sleep.

- There is only walk and run, there is no 'climb'.

It would be nice if there was a 'climb' action that allows you to proceed, slowly, up (not along) quite steep slopes. It would be nice if when walking / running along steep slopes you would be at risk of falling or sudden slips. 'Climbing' could be a skill like athletics and acrobatics.
