Really? Another 5-year-old dead-and-buried topic resurrected, and with the wrong solution? Come on.

 

This one here was about using a body replacer without also using a fitting Stock Clothing and Armor Replacer at the same time.

As in Oblivion your body is included inside the items you wear, without such you'll basically still have a Vanilla body inside your clothes while wearing Vanilla items.

 

But it's especially a well-known issue that said Vanilla items simply vanish, disappear, when worn while using Robert's Male body. We could not yet really figure out why, as it actually makes no sense from a technical point of view, but we're very well aware of the fact it does. It's considered common knowledge among the Oblivion modding scene by now.

 

If you delete the files you mention the only result will be you're back at Vanilla bodyparts inside these items. As the Robert Male full-body skin textures all replace the foot texture files, the Vanilla feet inside those items won't look too great now with mismatching textures and maybe also mesh gaps to or clipping with the Robert Male bodyparts. You're undoing parts of the mod that way, not fixing an issue.

 

Use of Stock Clothing and Armor Replacers when using body mods is mandatory, not optional as always advertised by themselves.
