RoyBatterian Posted May 11, 2014 Share Posted May 11, 2014 (edited) That's probably an issue with mismatched runtime dll's... I'm not sure anyone here can help you fix that because it's a windows issue. In the Fallout New Vegas installation folder is another folder called "redist" that has requirements for New Vegas (C runtimes, DirectX), you can try to reinstall the packages in there, reboot and see if that fixes the problem.
