I really just want the iron sights anti-materiel rifle, maybe as a unique weapon. But it would make sense that alot of rifles wouldn't have scopes, since they can be a very fragile part of the equipment. I would think tribals would find it more convenient to weld some metal bits onto a gun barrel instead of searching the entire wasteland for a working scope. so yeah, thats my idea. Like I said though, all I really want is the iron sights on the anti materiel rifle. I just figured I might as well give a lore friendly reason.
