katashy
Microsoft .NET Framework doesnt work, it says I have to use "turn on or off windows features" which I do but it freezes. I have... Vista 32 and I no nothing about service packs. The thing is, it worked fine without these things before! And yes, I have Norton. I like it. It just seems.. nice? katashy
Works! I don't know what I did, but it works. Steam said it was updating Fallout 3, so I waited for like 5 hours. Then, when I went to open Steam, eff all happened. Suddenly, while playing MGS4 on my PS3, Steam popped up on my laptop and finished updating FO3. Now it works! I downloaded all those things you told me to, and that seems to have sped my computer up, so thank you!
