Problem with Missing Sections on a Model

I am having a real problem with importing meshes into nifscope. Sections on a object will be missing even though the UV map will show when you click on the object. It has done this on all the models I made except for one or two. I'm using Blender and I have been modeling for two months. I hope I figure out this problem soon. Thanks for helping.

If you're using the .obj format... don't.

The problem is likely related to object normals, or the object being disjoined from the main node when exported. I don't use blender, can't make sense of the program, but there should be some options around somewhere to address both these issues.

I think it's realy just about the normals. In Blender, check your model in texture mode, then select your model (all faces) and hit ctrl +n to recarcualte the normals.

THANK YOU! That really helped, Vagrant0 was right but I didn't know what normals were. I just been modeling a couple of months.
