The best mods of 2009 (Oblivion)

There are a lot of great contenders.

 

For 2009 adventure mods, for me it would be The Oubliette for its diversity: twelve modders, twelve levels.

 

For overhauls its a 4 way tie for me between COBL 1.71, MMM 37b3, OOO 1.34 beta5, Armamentarium Complete v1-2 . All are must haves for me.

 

Utilities goes to BOSS.

 

Categories might be a good idea, maybe a poll?
