[WIP] Alternate (Minimum) Damage Formula

I posted this on the Bethesda forum a few days ago, but that place seems dead, while there's actual activity here.

 

I don't like the way minimum damage vs DT is handled in F:NV. As your DT increases damage taken decreases linearly... until you hit 0.8 times base damage, and then additional DT has zero effect.

 

I'm thinking of replacing it with a formula that is similar but smoother, so that additional DT keeps helping you no matter how high it gets relative to damage, just less and less.

 

Is anyone else besides me annoyed with this? Comments?
