LE Vanilla Armor to UNPB

Could somebody please tell me if there a mod that changes the vanilla armors/clothes to unpb or make one?
I mean they should look like the vanilla ones, only the sharpe should be changed.
For UNP or CBBE there is such a mod, but i dont know one for UNPB
