Enemies don't attack when I'm unconcious

I know I have a pretty much endless list of mods but I don't know what would cause this. Whenever I go unconscious each enemy goes quickly between suspecting hearing something and doing the "I guess its nothing" response over and over again. Just standing there, when I get up they attack me again.

 

If I can't pinpoint the problem Is there at least another mod that would create aggressive behavior when im unconscious?

I have tried to enable and disable arwins better ai. Doesn't change anything

I'm not sure that what you see is a problem caused by a mod. If you notice, you can't attack an unconscious NPC either. Although, I don't recall my character going unconscious during combat. He gets killed or knocked down and can't fight back, but not knocked out.
