New Armor Models You'd Like to See in Game

thanks I downloaded it... however I can not figure out how to use it... I have never used consol commands and the discripton and comments are not exactly helping... any tips on how to get more coppys of the shadow wardens armor? what exactly do I have to do

Download the file.

1) Open it (it is usually a .zip, .rar or a .7z file.) If you don't have a program that will open the file, search Google for 7Zip. It is a free program that will open all of those formats.

2) Extract the folder in that download.

3) Right click on the "siramods_items" folder and select COPY

4) Open your "My Documents" folder.

5 Look for a Bioware folder. Open that, T

6) then open the "Dragon Age" folder

7) then open "packages" folder

8) then "core" folder

9) and finally the "override" folder

10) Inside that "override folder", right-click and select PASTE.

11) Open the "siramods_items" folder you just pasted.

12) Look for a file called "DAOItemScanner11.exe" Run that program. It scans all mods installed and compiles a list of all unique items.

Now start the game.

Once you load your save (or start a new game), hit the tilde (`) key. It is that key just above the left-hand TAB key on an english keyboard.

Type this: runscript getx

Then hit enter.

It will open a window that looks like a store, but everything in it is free. Find the item you like and drag it to your inventory. The getx command provides you with the list of all items added to Dragon Age by a mod you have installed.

If you know the name of it (or the partial name), you can hit the tilde key and type: runscript getx xxxx <--- instead of xxxx, type in the item name. If you want warden armor, type in runscript getx warden.

FYI: You can also use the same mod to get items from the standard types that come with the game. Type runscript get (without the x) and hit enter. It will bring up a list of EVERY item that comes with the original Dragon Age. All potions, reagents, armor, swords, keys gems... Everything.

I hope that helps, because it took longer to explain than it actually takes to do it....

I dunno about anyone else, but i'd like to see some hybrid-ish armors. Sorta like, a Light-plated torsor with plate gloves, fur shoulders, a leather half-skirt (think the top half of the chasind robes on male models since the female model is godawful) with chain underneath, baggy leather pants folding in to plate boots. I know it sounds weird. And probably even harder to imagine since i have no concept pic for it but i think it would work for a male warrior that wears light/medium armor, cause i'm sick of lookin through mods to find "Female only" or "Arcane warrior restricted" We need more warrior light armor/robes!

Or something similar to Diablo III barbarian armor, that'd be pretty badass too i think.

Is there anyone willing to put this suit of armor together? Whether you liked the character or not, I felt her armor was a beautiful piece of work, especially with the skirt. I've tried looking through the toolset but even retexturing some of the medium armors seem French to me. Any takers?

Just some new Dalish Female armor. Nothing to revealing, but better than the typcial "Dalish Leather Armor". Add a little more to the torso area too. So flat chested!

The avatar skills from guild wars. now THAT would be awesome. now I just need 5 party slots so i can have a warrior wearing avatar of Balthazar (2nd from right), a healer mage with avatar of dwayna(far right), a ranger/rogue in the avatar of melandru(second from left), a hex/death/blood mage in the avatar of grenth(middle), aand, uh, someone else in the avatar of lyssa(left). Those of you who play Guild Wars get this. for those of you who don't:

Balthazar is the God of War

Grenth is the God of Death

Lyssa is... kinda minor, not really sure what she does, but she's patron god of performers and such

Melandru is Goddess of the Hunt and the Wild

and Dwayna is Goddess of Life
