Hello everyone,

I completed biowere registration and enter DLC codes, no problem

From the game menu I choose DLC and download Shade and Blood Armor. no problem

But when they start to extract for install I get a warning that instalation failed. Retry ?

Any opinions ?....

Hi - Im digging up an older thread instead of creating a new one...

I have a similar problem.

I have the 2 codes registered for the stone prisoner and dragon armor -

When I logged in using the game's interface for the first time it did pick up and started downloading - the armor anyway, and the prisoner was 'ready for download' afterward. The armor downloaded just fine, but froze up on installation - but the stone prisoner completed its download in the meantime. Then it froze up upon installation too.

I decided to try again the next day, but now the armor DLC isnt showing up at all, not in the 'available to download' or 'installed content' sections. The Stone Prisoner is still there as 'available content', but has to be downloaded...again.

Im on a 1 gig/month cap for internet... i cant keep downloading these enormous files if they keep crashing on me.

Is there any way i can download them (using my account) from the main website without having to do so in game? Then I can at least try downloading them from work (unlimited internet).

Any other suggestions?

thanks

I have seached the bioware.com and the ea.electronics.com

It does not seem to be available anymore. It´s like they go with the game now.

Hopefully i´m wrong.

Perhaps you could install the entire game on you work pc, without having troubles?

I'm not 100% sure, but didnt the coupon codes have an expiration date on them?

have you tried doing a search of your C: (or whatever) drive thru windows? Meaning type .dazip in the search, and have it scan for the files?
