please Get me out of the fringe

Ya'know, posting anything in the "Planetelderscrolls" forum is a bad idea.

I'm having an issue with the Shivering Isles. You see, Ive beaten the game on PS3 and PC but I wan't to take my old character through it;

 

heres the problem. The Gatekeeper isn't there, hes nowhere in the Fringe.

 

I know of the ~"coc SEGreetingRoom" command but is there any command to transport out of the Fringe? for example, ~"coc Tamriel 35,35"

If you recall my newer images I could really exploit the shivering Isles beauty.
