How to enable mods on new chars?

I realize that this is probably explained somewhere in some tutorial but i cant find it so can some1 please explain?

Like armors arent spawning on newly-made chars.

happens sometimes. Just save, deactivate MOD, load with warning, save again, activate MOD, et voilà!

 

Most scripts use the "Game loaded"-Event (EVENT_TYPE_MODULE_LOAD) with isnt fired when playing the first time with a new character.
