LE Skill book fixed experience

You all can avoid the skillbooks all you want until you reach 90 in said skill, but i dont want that and I find that stupid as hell.

 

Wouldnt it be easier if books gave you a fixed ammount of experience? As an example, 1000 units. Might be 3 levels at 15, but only half on higher.

This is something that I would like to see, but couldnt find it anywhere on the nexus

I support that. Just makes sense that a book might teach a rookie a thing or two, but achieving Mastership by reading a book? Doesn't sound likely to me.
