Elven map with ICONS

The lovely "Elven Map" is fantastic, but I am looking for a complete image file, if possible depicting the entire map, with as many of the addons as possible (like Elswyr, fort sutch, etc.)

but with the lovely Elven Map textures,as complete as humanly possible.

 

I really need the icons already in it, depicting castles, dungeons, camps etc. I have found a variety of pictures, but none are assembled and assembling them has been a frustrating nightmare thus far.

 

Can't anyone help? a simple picture, just like the ones linked, but with the complete (or as many as possible) icons?

 

Even if it's just the vanilla Cyrodil, that at least would be a start.
