Texture Problem

It looks like the default face texture (for women as for as I can see) has changed to this tried ugly look. Can someone help me fix it?

It's JB3 Textures; the latest version of that mod replaces all the default humanoid skin textures with grainy, speckled 'hi res' versions. Look in the JB3-specific discussion thread for a list of textures to remove, in order to revert to 'vanilla' faces.
