Am I doing something wrong?

Hi, I am using the "DAmodder" and it won't accept .rar files, so I thought to myself "Okay, I'll just add the mod manually."

Take for example "Expanded shapeshifting".

I added the mod to my override, didn't work, added it to my addin, didn't work.

Am I doing something wrong?

If they are rar. Simply unpack them and re-pack them as Zip files (Can be done with Winrar or winzip) and then use the DA-Modder.

 

Also make sure if you are manually adding them that you add them to Documents/Bioware/dragonage/packages/core/override/

 

And I suggest you add the files to a folder to save the problem if you want to uninstall.

 

Note also: You can drag folders into DAModder.
