Counter Time-freeze Potion Exploit

As the title suggests, I want to remove the exploit of freezing time, drinking a few gallons of heal-up, and starting time fresh as a daisy.

 

For Mw, I made a personal mod that made all healing potions useless and added healing scrolls.

 

Does it seem I must use this same method for Ob, or is there a way to make potions only drinkable from the play screen (inside the Space-Time continuum)?
