Experiencing Problems Endorsing Mods

I think the Nexus is a really great site which has enhanced my playing experience with Bethesda games considerably and I've come across few problems with it during the long time I've been using it (I joined in 2006). However I have been experiencing some strange problems in the last few days when attempting to endorse two mods I've downloaded and played.

 

It took me three attempts to endorse the Accuracy International AS50 Sniper Rifle mod. The first time the site refused to accept my endorsement with a message saying I hadn't had the mod long enough to endorse it, despite the fact I'd been playing it for over two months and had used it for many hours. Some time later I tried a second time but it refused saying something about not responding to prompts to endorse mods (I had received no such prompts). I was eventually successful on the third attempt.

 

Today I twice attempted to endorse the LR300MOD Assault rifle mod, which I downloaded 2 days ago (on 24th December) and played for several hours yesterday. It refused, saying I hadn't downloaded the mod yet.

 

In every case I checked that I was properly logged into the site. I have been experiencing some lag and IPS errors on the site recently.
