Chaosboy951
Hey AllIts been awhile since playing oblivion. I had the computer totally reformated since last playing so re install was not an issue..I had been playing the game for about a day. Prefectly Flawless no lag, good FPS, No conflicting mods i was aware of, No new mods added since. Then i try to play today, (going through OBSE as always) i see the OBSE cmd. Then i small black window appears at top corner of screen labelled oblivion but no change just stays at that. Than going to task manager Oblivion is not responding leave the game for a 10 minutes to no change.. I searched the forum similar problems but not mine. I tried many simple Troubleshooting even disbaling all mods, disconnecting internet, deleting oblivion.ini.. Im out of ideas :wallbash: Please Any suggestions at all :thanks:
David Brasher
Are you saying that you never could start Oblivion on that second day? On my machine I use Oblivion Mod Manager. It sometimes locks up when trying to start the program, and I have to start Task Manager to shut it down, but then it usually works perfectly on other tries. It is a random sort of failure. If you absolutely cannot make your mod manager work, maybe you should try one of the other mod managers or even the vanilla Oblivion start-up option. Chaosboy951
Yes. I had played the game perfectly fine the day before. Not a single issue at all.. Then when i try to open the game both using OBSE, Oblivion.exe, OBMM and Through the vanilla Launcher i get the same issue. Oblivion opens in a small black window in top corner and does not change at all.I had'nt installed any new mods at all, no changes what so ever from playing for the day before.Anything at all would be helpful :thanks:
