As far as I know, I haven't seen it happen outside that oblivion realm, and it only occurs under specific camera angle and height. I do have the RAEVWD mod installed, which is known for producing such blobs. I've tried disabling it, yet to no result. Is it present in the vanilla game? Any way to fix it? Thankyou in advance. discovery1 Posted May 18, 2014 Share Posted May 18, 2014 I believe that is your card not handling the luminosity of your graphic settings. Try swapping from hdr to bloom and vice versa or even disabling lighting effects for observation.I had a similar problem using screen effects mod.
