Still in the Dark... Broken, but somewhere different.

I've been looking around the interwebs, I have found solutions for different bugs in this chain. I have yet to find anything for this one.

I've just entered the Hidden Valley Bunker with Veronica. We talked to Ramos, and he sent me down stairs.
Upon arriving on the second floor with Veronica, she sets off to Elder McNamara. Once there, she stands in-front of his desk. Nothing happens, they just stare at each-other and then me. Talking to McNamara, results in him saying his greetings, your being watched, living in a bunker takes some getting used to, and so on. Talking to Veronica is just the same as normal, except if I tell her to move back she just goes back a a couple of meters, then waddles back to McNamara.

It feels like they are intended to have some sort of dialogue, then the quest gets pushed to the next step.

I can't for the life of me figure out what to.

I've tried forcing the quest onto the next active step. She still stands there.

I tried ~kill, then dragging her into the next room with "Z" and ~resurrect, She just tries to walk back to her starting pos, and if I ask her to join the party. she runs back to McNamara, and looks pretty.

I tried ~killing him, ~reset the quest, forcing the quest, and ~resurrect on McNamara. Nothing doing, same problem.,.

 

If I ~kill her, then ~reset the quest then ~resurrect her, she spawns away from the commands, and doesn't show up at her spawn. I even tried to spawn her, back at the 188. She came back, but doesn't respond to commands, wont fallow at all, won't move back, or wait. She will however talk.

I'm pretty sure that there is a command to force dialogue. But I don't know what the command is exactly, nore do I have the knowledge of the GECK to find out the script or ID to add to zat command to make it work.

I'd even settle with having her back, and forgetting the bunker quests. I've been keeping one save, :\ because one save state, the quick and the auto have been doing the thing... Until now. So the last save I have is standing in-front of the doorway to McNamara chamber, because I'd already gotten that far, so I figured I'd save. V_V

I'm sorry if this was a bit long winded, I just wanted it to be detailed. I've been messing with this for four hours, and I'd like to finish the quest chain. this is one of the very few I've never done before.
