MMM, FWE and WttWL altogether?

I can imagine that you people - just like most of the other forums around - dislike crossposting and I know that. But since noone seems to answer in the "Troubleshooting" forums, probably my thread was misplaced there. I guess I simply quote myself here, hope someone can answer my question. I'm really sorry for asking this twice, but the question seems quite simple to such experts that I expected here. :D

Hi folks.

I finally got Fallout 3 and of course I want the experience of a fully enhanced (eg modded) game like I had in Oblivion. BUT I don't want a huge mess of mods that turn the game to a laggy, instable pile of crap like I had in Oblivion with about 150 mods or so. I want the one or other quest mod, an overhaul mod, a weather mod, the one or the other texture or weapon mod, a radio mod and that should be it.

I downloaded and installed Mart's Mutant Mod (I guess it will be as great as Mart's Monster Mod for Oblivion), Fallout Wanderers Edition and Welcome to the Wasteland as my overhaul mods of choice. Is it possible to use the three of them altogether or do I have to choose just one of these three mods? Do I need any compatibility patches to get them to work? Will the game be stable with those three mods installed? Or should I throw one or two of them in the dump? If so, which would you recommend?

Thanks in advance for your help.
