cant enter paradise falls - ctd

Hello, I'm trying to enter Paradise Falls for the first time, but everytime I try it ctd. Anyone else had this problem? Heres my load list:

I had serious freeze issues earlier that I fixed with an ini tweak, and this is my first real problem since. Tried deactivating mods, changing some display settings, it still ctd. This is my first time through fallout, though I'm an experienced oblivion mod user. Thanks

I have the same issue. It fixed when I disabled all Lings mods.
