DarkSigurd
Ok, I have installed OOO, Cobl, BC, and much much more. However, OOO is the latest major change. I have been running it with little issue for a little while. And yet, I only just started the "Shadows in a Struggle for Power" quest line. I just located the "Heart of the Wild Wood" and saved. When I get outside and the spectral wolf jumps out and runs off my game crashes to desktop EVERY TIME. And since then, no matter how far back in my saves I go, my game crashes after only 24hrs ingame game play or the second or third time I try to fast travel. And then I have to go back LONG before the last try before I can even get it to play more than 30 seconds before crash. Does anyone know what the heck this is? I am seriously frustrated by this glitch. :wallbash:
grmblf
It seems they are different issues. If it ALWAYS crashes at the same point then obviously there's something wrong there, but those kind of random crashes at cell loading (including fast travel) unfortunately happen more often than what's desirable when playing a big amount of mods. Do you have the latest Oblivion patch and all the unofficial patches installed? Also make sure the load order is the correct one and there's no incompatibility issues reported with the mods you're playing. That's most likely to solve the problem, I've been playing OOO for years without problems except for some performance loss, but if the glitch persists then you might want to try one of those softwares to detect mods/load order incompatibilities, I've never had to use them but it seems they'd come in handy. DarkSigurd
Ok, thanks guys. As for being up to date; I am. I think this was due to user error using Wyre Bash. Mainly cause I started a new game with no issues. Thanks for the assist.
