Funny Oblivion Incidents

I have two stories here...of my knowledge of cheats for Oblivion and boredom after beatign the game and being able to kill everyone and everythign in one hit. No biggy...because I'm sure everyone can do it.

One day, I made a mod that was sort of like the 'I am Legend' movie...with Will Smith. The Imperial City was full of zombies and guards lieing all around the place. There is one has with boarded up windows which the survivors are in. I got bored of creating the mod ebcause it was taking too long and I could not script. I went into the survivor's house's basement and looked around. I had forgottten to make it to where their pet dog wouldn't attack me. I didn't feel like just killing it in one hit so I used the 'ModScale' cheat and made pieces of the room bigger or smaller. It didn't stop him for somereason. I made him smaller so he could not reach me as easily. As i went up the stairs I turned around and sliced the dog with a simple steel longsword. As the dog flew backwords...I noticed that the cheat caused it to not decrease in size, but decrease in weight. It looked liek a stick figure!

That one wasn't that funny...but this one was really kewl. I made a mod with a simple glass dagger with godly stats and started rampaging through the Imperial Palace. I used the 'unlock' cheat to get passed the second floor. None of the guards could stand up to me. Once I got to the monk's quarters like on the 5th floor...my victim ran over to me screaming "Man down, man down!!!", so I quickly swing this blade at his face. The godly blade hits him so hard and fast he flies across the room and hits the wall, but his blade flies to the ground. Only, the katana was hit too and is spinning around on the ground in a circle. It spins there for two minutes or so untill it finally falls. It made me laugh that you could hit someone THAT HARD!!!

One of the funniest moments i have in oblivion is when i was doin the main quest. I had just arrived back at Weynon Priory. After killing the mythic dawn agents i started to make my way to Cloud Ruler Temple. Me, Jauffre and Martin was riding along the road until i stopped at a Inn. I had leveld and needed to rest. I went in payed for a bed and rested. And to my BIG surprise..... Jauffre and Martin are standing near the fire drinking Skooma and beer. Ain't that odd and funny.

I was fighting a bandit on one of the main roads. I got him down in health and then knocked him down with a backwards powerattack. While he was lying down, an imperial soldier came running and slashed the bandit on the ground to death. Half a second after, still looking at the body he says "Its my pleasure, really".

I was in Bruma and doin g the Brotherhood Forbidden quest. I couldnt get the key to the vamp hunters room cause for a reason i couldnt get his disposition up from 66. so i said screw it and i tried to pickpocket him and take the key. I went to jail and i came back his disposition was up to 99. WTF?

I don't know if this is funny, but I remember one time, trying to steal something to Leyawiin's Countess for a TG quest, a guard discovered me and shout "Alarm!".

 

I immediately launched my Invisibility spell and was trying to escape, but I turned one second to look back and I saw: the Count, the guard, the Countess and her maid in a brawl trying to kill each other. :whistling:

 

The countess was hammering his husband, who was fisting the guard who was cutting the maid ! Wow !

Once I've killed a Clannfear on a tower in an Oblivion gate. He fell off and I thought he would lie on the floor downstairs. When I came down, he was hanging with his mouth on the top of one of these big teeths :rolleyes:

in my current game, I just recently started encountering Minotaurs. I was being chased by one because I was close to Cheydinhal and I figured that the guard and stablehand could help out.

 

Much to my surprise, the Minotaur ran right past all three of us and WENT INTO THE CITY (it activated the door and disappeared). I'm not running OOO, Open Cities, or anything like that, and had never seen anything like it happen before. The guard and stablehand followed the beast and, after a moment of standing there shocked, so did I.

 

I had a fun couple of minutes watching the entire city attack the Minotaur.

So, Umbra right? Level 5 right? Legged it to the Elder Council chambers, spent about a million lockpicks opening up the chamber door, then jumped into the middle and let Ocato and the palace guard take care of the bosmer.

 

As Ocato is a *kittie kittie* with his sword, he decided to cast shocks the whole time, unfortunately one of them nailed one of the elite guards. once Umbra was taken care of, the guards decided to attack the High Chancellor screaming "YOU DARE CHALLENGE THE MIGHT OF THE IMPERIAL LEGION??!!??!" and "FOR THE EMPIRE!!!11"

 

He killed around 10 palace guards...I decided to start looting the bodies and take em to a Fighting Chance to sell it...made myself a LOT. Came back to the pile of naked dead bodies and another bunch of guards started to fight again...I was like 'Ah ffs can't keep looting forever...'

 

I was actually naked to boost my speed in escaping Umbra, so the whole incident looked like rape

Try this, you'll find it MOST amusing! I know I did.

 

Get yourself the best chameleon spells or enchantments (I suggest 100%+, I believe 120 is the max.) and try looking for ruins, a fort, a cave, or anything where a group of bandits may be, as long as it's indoors. (preferably) Now, in your full chameleon mode, spot two bandits standing fairly close to each other. I suggest you wait for the moment they are not facing each other as they wiggle around the site, and smack one at the desired spot with your weapon!

 

You'll notice that the bandit you've hit will actually think the other one did it, and battle between them ensues. This hasn't always worked for me, so if it doesn't, keep trying :)

 

I've had a gazillion other endeavors, might I add thought-through. I'll see if I can screen cap some of them in the future.
