theuseless
Please be more descriptive in your request. I speak english as my first language and I can't understand what you are saying. If you give us an exact description of what is happening, we can help. It sounds like you get a yellow object saying "wtf i'm a missing mesh?" and that this happens when you try to access the npc's menu. Does it only say that when you try to share with the npc (do you get to a screen that looks like a treasure chest/pickpocket screen)? Are you using Toaster Says Share? Is this mod loaded at the end of your load list? Here is a load order recommendation by Dev_akm Oblivion.esmUnofficial Oblivion Patch<Weather/Environment/Sound Mods><Minor Mods/New Items/Houses/DLC's (Post-Completion)><Major Overhaul Mods><Mods that specifically conflict with overhauls and need to take precedence><DLC's (Pre-Completion)><Quests><Compatibility Patches/UOMP/Merged Leveled Lists> What this all means is that the mods write over each other and the last one loaded is the one that gets the priority. So if you have two mods that want to do the same thing, the last one loaded is the one to do that thing. If the meshes for the Toaster Says mod are being overwritten by another mod loaded later, that would explain your problem. If all this sounds like Greek, I can point you in the direction of some really good tutorials (no shame in being a noob, I'm still technically one but learning). theuseless

bben46
Your description is not too clear. However, I 'think' you are getting a WTF missing mesh star when accessing a companion's inventory. You will need to find out what that missing mesh is and what mod puts it into the game (Don't assume it is from the toaster says share mod). Then go to that mod and reinstall the meshes (and probably the textures as well) in the proper place. Try using this mod to identify it. Refscope is a good resource for finding what mod those yellow missing mesh blocks and stars came from. It adds a spell that when cast on the missing mesh identifies it and what mod put it in the game. http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=21862 SMS speak is fine for SMS with your friends who know what you are talking about. However when explaining a technical problem to people who may not speak English as a first language or old farts like me, it helps if you do use real English to avoid confusion.

bben46
"When all else fails, read the directions. " anonymous quote Pluggy is not a mod, it is a dll and dlx file. and does not have or require an esp or to be activated. What it does is add functions to the OBSE program that must be loaded to start Oblivion - if you have a mod that requires OBSE. These functions allow a mod maker (not user) to create things that they otherwise would not be able to make work in the game. Then, if Pluggy was used in making those things, it must also be installed for those things to work for a user. The install path is Oblivion\data\OBSE\Plugins For a player, there is nothing else that needs or can be done after it is installed. - either it works - or it doesn't.Check the entire readme that comes with the archive for some good info. You don't need to understand the mod maker part just to use it though.
