DAO Characters Editor Help

frist off You need to open them in the DAO toolset witch can be downloaded from

 

here >>>>. http://dragonage.bioware.com/toolset

 

now click open file then browse your files saves with be here

 

C:\Users\Your name\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\Characters

 

then pick the save game chars name and open the .das file

 

back up your saves frist!!!!

 

now open in this order

 

SAVEGAME_PLAYERCHAR

 

SAVEGAME_PLAYERCHAR_CHAR

 

SAVEGAME_CREATURE_STATS

 

SAVEGAME_STATLIST

a little point at this time of posting this, everthing on wiki page is not correct who ever wrote got some things wrong......

 

the ID Stat are not right for one thing...........!

 

and there are only 36 ID`s NOT 59!!!! in player stats!!!!

 

0 INVALID INVALID 0 0

1 Strength ATTRIBUTE 0 1000 STR Attribute

2 Dexterity ATTRIBUTE 0 1000 DEX Attribute

3 Willpower ATTRIBUTE 0 1000 WIL Attribute

4 Magic ATTRIBUTE 0 1000 MAG Attribute

5 Cunning ATTRIBUTE 0 1000 CUN Attribute

6 Constitution ATTRIBUTE 0 1000 CON Attribute

7 Health DEPLETABLE 1 9999 Hit Points

8 Mana_Stamina DEPLETABLE 0 9999 Mana or Stamina, based on class

 

0 INVALID is wrong this is Strength :confused:

 

IE

 

0 is Strength

1 is Dexterity and so on............

 

so if you start editing stuff make backups
