Underground Railway Wastelanders

If I could create a mod I would love to play [might exist but haven't seen it] would be to expand on the captured Wastelanders of the muties. Could be something on the lines of the Regulator Contract mod. Rough outline would be - you find a reward notice in Megaton and other 'cities' asking for help to free this person from the muties. He of course just happens to be a leader of the Railway group that you never see again after they butt in during the Replicated Man, but because you're such a hero he takes you to their HQ and you are tasked to free and escort any Wastelander captured by muties. From then on any mutie-captured Wastelander [or slave for that matter - like poor old downtrodden Gob of Megaton] would have speech option to go with you to Railway HQ instead of running away as they do. The storylines would come with getting them free, either speech/fight, then having to escort them back - no fast travel - farther away the more reward. Events with muties/slavers trying to recapture them could be incorporated - see how easy I throw these things in when it's only you modders that have to create it :)
