MoneyBackGuarantee
Currently in the planning stages of a mod that will add a smattering of new skill books of the Capital Wasteland and possibly the DLCs. These books will be thicker and much more in-depth than the standard issues. Instead of yielding a +1 bonus, they will yield +2 to a single skill or +1 to two different skills. That being said, they will be a good deal rarer. I'll probably be adding between eight and ten of each, and few will be in plain view. Examples: Oxford Dictionary of the English Language --> +2 to SpeechVault Dweller's Survival Guide --> +1 to Medicine, +1 to RepairD.C. Journal of Economics --> +2 to BarterFission, Fusion and Fun! --> + 1 to Science +1 to Energy Weapons Scandal! An American History --> +1 to Sneak, +1 to LockpickDiscipline and the Art of Empty-Handed Fighting --> +2 to Unarmed I'll need to do the texturing, of course, and I'll need to script the Comprehension perk to go along with it (something I'm not sure of how to do without screwing crap up). ecksile
I was actually thinking of something like this the other day but just something for the vanilla books. Something like adding multiple episodes to the grogranak (spelling?) comics. Being multiple episode books one episode could involve sneaking and so instead of melee u get +1 to sneak one could be where he got injured and then you would get +1 to medicine etc... i had some other ideas as well but i forgot.
