Darker Oblivion?

I really miss the fog effect in morrowind and i would like to use it in oblivion. SO here is my question is there a mod that makes the weather in oblivion darker and more cloudy so the actual fog effect doesn't break my immersion while playing during a sunny day?

I know its wierd but i enjoyed the feeling of not knowing what was over the next hill or what was 80 yards in front of me and i would like to find a way to make it so in oblivion. I figured if its cloudy and just always rough weathered then i can easily put on the fog effect and not have immersion broken every time a tree disappeared in the fog while the sun was frying the skin off the last creature i just killed.

I have looked for a mod off and on for the past week but all i was able to come up with was a mod that gave you spells so you could change the weather.(although the weather reverts back to normal shortly) If anyone knows of a mod that removes the sunny and clear day part from the weather system or could give me a rundown on how to remove them myself i would be spam your mailbox with thank you cards. Thanks ahead of time.

you may try Natural Weather I'm not sure if it includes the fog system your looking for. But it might be good just to try it out or something.

Speaking of that, I'm missing it from my install folder, I guess I'll grab it now. Thanks for reminded me about it :)

You'll notice a Force Weather command. There's also a Set Weather command further down that uses the same codes if you don't like the weather just changing from one to the other right there on the spot.
