Vagrant0
3) Mod changes [race name] entries, like elaborate eyes. Unpack "Oblivion - voices1.bsa" and "Oblivion - voices2.bsa" and copy the files into the right folder. Even if it requires a lot of space I would not recommend moving the files to right path and repack the bsa overwriting vanilla Oblivion default files, as if you decide to remove the mod you'll have to revert the process. I suggest to generate a third Oblivion - voices bsa (**),(***) file to be compatible with and without the changing race mod active. If I understand it correctly; Unpack the .bsa files with BSA commander, and put them in the right folders within your data folder. To know how the folders should be named, load Ren_Soya_KD's.esp in the CS and look in the race window. The form name will match the folder it uses for sound files. The other option would be to try and localize that mod for your version of Oblivion by re-linking/adding all the hair, race and cosmetic changes within a fresh .esp localized to your version of the game.
