Getting an error message in CS

I just created a new mesh and tested it out in the CS. It works fine in the CS and in game, but when exiting the CS I get this error message sometimes.

"Shader 1 is leaking with 2 references on shutdown"

Like I said, I only get it sometimes. I just tried it again right before posting this so that I could be sure to get the error message right, but it didnt show up this time. Anyone know what it means or how to fix it? Im very new to Blender and NifScope, so any help will be much appreciated. :)

I've had that happen on occasion, but it hasn't had any adverse effect on my mods. From what I've been able to find out by reading on the CS Wiki and other forums it's nothing to worry about.

As you said it seems to only happen randomly. It's a bit like when you assign new meshes to an item for example, and you shut down the CS, you'll get a message to say X number of NIF files are still in use. That's also usually nothing to worry about as far as I can find out.

It just happens with how the CS is setup. I've had the error occur even when I've gone into the CS, not loaded Oblivion .esm or any .esm for that matter, and placed one of the default items (repair hammer if you care) in an empty 0,0 wilderness cell just to refresh my memory as to how things are phrased in the edit window.

It's an engine error which doesn't seem to cause any problems, and is not related to anything model related beyond just having the render window activated.
